Membership Information

The sisterhood and legacy of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc is preserved through its membership. It is the members of this illustrious organization that are the vision made fair personified.

Membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc can only be obtained by completing the Sorority’s official Membership Intake Process (MIP). Membership is generally classified as undergraduate or graduate. In both classifications, prospective members must have high ethical and moral standards.

Membership into Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc at the Graduate level is by invitation only. Please visit our national website’s prospective members page for more details.

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc is looking to reclaim its lost pearls. If you are a reactivating member or a transfer and are looking for a chapter to join, look no further!  We invite you to visit our chapter on the West Bank to see if we are the right fit for you. We meet on the first Saturday of each month at Woledenburg Village in the Chapel. Please use the contact card to inform us of your interest and/or upcoming visit!
