It’s Black Dollar Days!

The ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha Incorporated, Inc., the oldest black female sorority, is inviting you to participate in our Wear Pink, Spend Green, and Buy Black week.

We will be spending our hard earned dollars in the heart of our black businesses ALL MONTH LONG.

We have curated a special week of programming with you in mind. We will be kicking off with a Sit-In Church service on Sunday, June 2nd and providing e-educational sessions for 1 hour long starting on Monday, June 3rd-Wednesday, June 5th. We want you to spend your after 5 with us! Each of the sessions will start at 6pm.

Most of the sessions are open to the public. We want you to “Invite 5 After 5!” We are hoping that you can invite at least 5 people to tune in as we educate our community on how to build and maintain wealth.

The finale is ALL ABOUT YOU. An AKA only exclusive opportunity has been curated just for you! Come learn how you can become a member of the next peer cohort joined by your sorority sisters who are or seeking to become Entrepreneurs and Solopreneurs AKA-OWN BOSS!

Make the pledge to spend $19.08 per week and track your expenses by signing into the Members Only portal. Under the “Program” drop-down menu, click “Resources”, and find the “Black Dollar Days” tracking form to enter your weekly spending.  Imagine the impact we can make, the businesses we can uplift, and the lives we can transform when we come together as one unstoppable force!

As a reminder, there is an AKA Business Directory located on our website where you can search for soror-owned businesses to support. If you’ve not registered your business, go to your profile in Members Only and add your information to the Member-Owned Business section near the bottom of the page.
